How do we work
GoTreatCancer will provide cancer patients with clear and proven information to help them fight the disease. We also offer a medical case management service, where cancer patients will receive personalized support at all stages of treatment
1
Case management
At all steps in the fight against cancer, you will be accompanied by a case manager (personal assistant) who will draw up a clear action plan for you and assist you in following it
2.
Online
consultations
For complex cases where you may need a second expert opinion, you will be able to get medical specialist advice online. You will also be able to work with a GoTreatCancer psychologist to manage anxiety and stress
3.
Informational support
We develop and publish informational materials that can help in the fight against cancer. Useful tips and medical articles written in understandable language will be available to everyone on the website and in the project's social networks
4.
Secure infrastructure
Your personal data and medical information will be securely protected. For this purpose, we use cloud solutions in European data centers
How to get help
Anyone facing a cancer diagnosis has many questions that are often challenging to answer. We are here to support you every step of the way in your fight against cancer and offer a simple way to receive help through our plaftorm
1
Click on the “Get Help” button on our website, fill out a short questionnaire. A GoTreatCancer case manager (personal assistant) will contact you
2
The case manager will ask you to sign a contract* to provide the project services free of charge, and then the work can begin
3
Case manager will create a customized support plan for you, explain all steps and discuss with you all further actions
4
If you will need consultations with doctors of different specialties or a psychologist online, a case manager will arrange them for you
5
No request will go unanswered: if we cannot include you in our project, we will provide you with links and materials that may be useful to you
*Signing a contract for the provision of services free of charge ensures clarity and transparency of the terms of cooperation. Since GoTreatCancer project works with sensitive medical information and also organizes official medical consultations with foreign clinics for our clients, signing a contract helps to protect the interests of all parties and guarantees the fulfillment of the parties' obligations fixed in the contract.

The project is funded by the European Union
